Yes, the wind, rain, and traffic are loud & clear:). I was going to ask why you were mumbling; you just answered. I think nobody really cares whether one is talking to oneself while walking. I do it, and I'm not even recording a podcast:). Some day, I'll be able to recording while walking for exercise.

Oh, yah, about losing that weight: Good for you. You'll lose the weight and gain great legs!
