How do I find the URL that will take the person who clicks it to itunes to where they can subscribe to my show? Also, is there a website that features the rank of the podcasts on iTunes?

I have found that link to be very picky. Make sure you include every element/character in it, including the last / at the end.

I was curious about this myself :-) so I dug around for a bit and found the top 100 ranking URL for iTunes ---

You can get it by searching for your podcast in iTunes then right clicking on your podcast in the result set and choosing Copy iTunes Music Store URL.

I'm not sure about the latter half of your question though.

if you right click on the user picture of your podcast it'll provide you with the option to copy the Podcast URL and you can give that to others. that's what i do.
