If you ARE NOT listed in the iTunes Podcast Directory, your iTunes one-click URL is similar to your RSS feed URL. Replace the http:// with itpc:// and you have your one-click URL for iTunes. For example, a user with the RSS feed of feed://feeds.feedburner.com/LuckyBitchRadio would have a one-click URL of itpc:// feeds.feedburner.com/LuckyBitchRadio.
If you ARE listed in the iTunes Podcast Directory, then you can obtain your iTunes one-click URL by searching the iTunes podcast directory… finding your podcast, right clicking on the album art and selecting “Copy iTunes Music Store URL.
