I have recently discovered this service, free or paid, depending on your needs.

I really dig it. You can have people leave comments from their computers with mics. It uses Flash. Records at a higher quality compared to the phone or skype comment line. And you will also get your own RSS feed, which you can subscribe and use it to play back on your show, conveniently.

No affiliation, just thought it's a good service. I'm using the Free one, which has a 2 minute limit. But I may subscribe if the subscription will give me multiple mailboxes. I have two shows, and one account will take care of both shows. Michael is the developer whom I met at our local Kansas City Podcasters Meetup.
