Hi,

I'm starting a podcast and hope to go "live" with it next weekend.

I'm still not 100% sure I'm doing everything correctly when I upload it to my hosted server.

This is what I'm doing:

1. Record Podcast using Garage Band and save it in MP3 format.
2. Create or update RSS (XML) file.
3. Upload MP3 file along with RSS file to my server.
4. Register the podcast on iTunes and QPodder.

So am I leaving anything major out of the process for setting up a podcast?

How can I tell if the RSS file is correct?

Any assistance will be appreciated.
